Spring
Find Asian staples like bok choy, gai lan, flowering pea tips (dou miao), and mizuna along with Western classics like radishes, arugula, lettuce mix, and spinach. Late spring brings all peas, favas, and chef favorite: both purple and green napa cabbages.

Warmer weather welcomes bittermelon, all kinds of beans, abundant herbs, potatos, onions, and farmer-arranged flower bouquets. You’ll also find specialty summer squash like pattypan, long asian eggplant and both Chinese and Japanese cucumbers, a crowd favorite at the Kington Market.
Fall
Later in the season, the farm is flush with heirloom tomatoes, hot peppers, melons, all the Chinese and Japanese cooking greens and daikons. Long beans, edamame, young ginger and lemongrass all make special appearances! Then we finish out the season along with winter squash, abundant cooking greens from China and Japan, and daikon radishes of every color.
